My story
I left corporate London for Ibiza. I had no job, no home, and no contacts.
I also worked on cruise ships for a period, with colleagues from more than 60 nationalities. It taught me how pressure changes communication, and how quickly assumptions fill the gaps.
That experience shapes how I work today. I help leaders stay clear, make decisions under pressure, and move forward with confidence.
My work is grounded in presence, purpose, and possibility, with practical support for priorities, stakeholders, and decisions.
I’m ICF ACC and an instructor on the ICF Level 1 “Certified Coaching Professional” programme at Well College Global.

All prices are in EUR (€), excluding VAT. VAT (21%) is added where required. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may use reverse charge. Clients outside the EU are not charged VAT.
Invoices available for individuals and companies. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Refund policy: if you decide not to continue after the first session, I refund any unused sessions. All coaching is conducted virtually. Based in Spain. Coaching clients globally.
For Companies
I support senior managers, directors, and executives to lead major change, especially in the first 90 days. Typical focus includes board updates, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making. What you can expect: clear goals, a client-led 90-day plan, and simple updates agreed in advance. Billing: company invoices, VAT applied where required.
